This Website Maintenance Plan Agreement (this “Maintenance Plan Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of the Website Maintenance Plan (the “Plan”). To become a SbOGB.com Website Maintenance Plan client, you must read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Maintenance Plan Agreement, the fee schedules on the Online Order and Information forms and any policies that are or may be published by SbOGB.com.

WEB MAINTENANCE PLANS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
Client choose an initial Duration, Service Level, and amount of Design Time to include with the Website Maintenance Plan at purchase, (e.g. ). Updates are completed within number of turn-around days, (e.g. Same – 2 work days, 3 to 4 work days, or 5 to 7 work days), based on the client’s selection at purchase. Most plans exclude updates on weekends and all plans exclude federal holidays. We offer same day rush service if needed for an additional charge of $150.00 in addition to any charges needed beyond your plan allotment.
SbOGB.com defines “Maintenance” as on-going design, development, and service management of a website over a period of 3, 6, 9, 12, or 24 months. All plans includes the following Design services at initial purchase:
- small update request use as little as 15 minutes of your plan
- off server backups after each maintenance update
- WordPress Updates
- your purchased WordPress Plug-In Updates
- your purchased WordPress Theme Updates
- optional hosting on SbOGB.com managed servers
- management and configuration of your hosting account with your web hosting provider
- content or design updates ( may require your purchasing additional design time)
- development updates ( may require your purchasing additional development time)
- domain name management
- email account management
- your option to report any problems any time 24×7 using support tickets
- your option to add-on design time or development time for extra work when needed
SbOGB.com maintains a current backup based on the last update, and archives all submitted files for your website for at least 60 days.
Your site may be submitted to popular search engines. In an attempt to make sure your site is valid, you may receive confirmation from them. It’s your responsibility to continue registration and confirmation.
Updates received after 3:00 P.M. EST are not scheduled into the agreed upon turn-around interval until the next business day unless prior arrangements have been made.
It is the client’s responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that SbOGB.com needs to make. There will be no charge for any errors on our part. However, if a change needs to be made due to client error, the price from the current price list for the work required or the regular hourly update fees will be charged.
SbOGB.com does not distinguish between “updates” and “new designs”. Changing the navigation, the adding of new pages, graphic changes, buttons, etc. are all considered updates and use your allotted plan time accordingly. SbOGB.com does distinguish between “design” and “development”. Development is any additional logic programming or coding requested to be added to your website and will require you to add Development Hours to your Website Maintenance Plan or purchase Website Development As-Needed Services.
Updates should be provided electronically (by email) as much as possible. Attachments should be in text format (.txt or Word .doc formats are fine). Send digitized pictures in common formats such as .jpg, .gif, .ai, .eps, .psd, .png .bmp, etc. Updates may also be sent by postal mail or by fax. This will require retyping data or the scanning of photos and will cost more to complete your changes.
Your website may be using third-party components. SbOGB.com has no control over what third party sites do and take no responsibility for loss of information due to actions of these sites. Any changes to your site stemming from regulations of these third party components will be billed at the normal maintenance rate.
Maintenance and Hourly Rate.
This Website Maintenance Plan Agreement includes the changes specified in the preceding paragraph, including updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It would include things such as removing nearly all the text from a page and replacing it with new text. If the client or an agent other than SbOGB.com attempts updating the client’s pages, time to repair web pages will be assessed at the hourly rate, and is not included as part of the updating time or the Plan. The maintenance period commences upon the period from the date that the client agrees to the service. Changes requested by the client beyond those limits specified above will be billed at the hourly rate of $180 ( 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum) or based on our current price list for the work performed. This rate shall also govern additional work authorized beyond the maximums specified above for such services as general Internet orientation education, marketing consulting, web page design, editing, modifying product pages and databases in an online store, and art, photo, graphics services, and helping clients learn how to use their own web page editor. CGI programming charges (if any) are not included in this rate.
Changes to Submitted Text
Please send us your final text. Time required to make substantive changes to client-submitted text after the web pages have been constructed will be additional, billed at the hourly rate.
Maintenance Plan Renewal and Expiration
At the end of the plan purchased duration (e.g. 3, 6, 9, 12, or 24 months), clients must renew their plan and add additional Design Time for follow-on work. All remaining Design or Development Time purchased during the Plan expire. Client’s have an option to purchase an extension of their Website Maintenance Plan within 30 days of the Expiration Date. Any remaining unused Design or Development time at expiration can be extended for 1,3,6,9, or 12 months based on the client’s selection at purchase. Beyond 30 days after expiration of a plan or expiration of a purchased extension, the option to purchase an extension is no longer available.
